Description

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter room temperature (2 sticks, unsalted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg room temperature

- 2½ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, beating until well mixed.
- Add the flour and salt, beating just until smooth.
- Using a 1-inch cookie scoop, portion the dough onto the baking sheet. OR use a cookie press/mold to shape the dough. We used a piping bag to make them this cute swirl shape.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the bottoms begin to brown. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
