Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon green onion finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans roughly chopped
Instructions
- Place cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and salt in the bowl of your stand mixer and mix together until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Scrape the mixture from the bowl and form into a ball.
- Roll the ball in the chopped pecans until it is fully covered.
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
- Serve with vegetables and crackers.
