Instructions

Crust

  1. Blend ingredients together and press unto an 11 x 7 baking dish
  2. Bake at 325 F for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown.

Filling

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl and beat until well blended.
  2. Spread over the hot baked crust
  3. Bake at 325 F for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool in pan.
  5. Cut into squares.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
