Coconut Cherry Popsicles with Dark Chocolate and Crushed Almonds

Coconut Cherry Popsicles blend fresh cherries, coconut milk, milk, and optional almond extract into a smooth fruit-based frozen treat. Once frozen, the popsicles are dipped in melted dark chocolate and sprinkled with crushed mixed nuts, adding texture and a contrasting bittersweet element to the sweet fruity base.

Description

This recipe starts by pitting cherries and blending them with coconut milk, regular milk, maple syrup, and almond extract until smooth. The mixture is poured into molds and frozen solid to create creamy, fruit-forward popsicles with subtle coconut flavor and natural cherry sweetness.

For serving, the popsicles are removed from molds, dipped in melted dark chocolate, and sprinkled with finely chopped mixed nuts, such as almonds, to add crunch and a rich, bittersweet contrast to the creamy, fruity base.

The combination delivers a refreshing frozen dessert with smooth texture, fruity brightness, and added indulgence from the chocolate and nuts. These popsicles make a satisfying dessert or snack on warm days.
