Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen organic raspberries or other berries
- 3 Ice cubes
- 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 egg yolks from pastured chickens, optional
- 12-15 drops liquid stevia or to taste.

- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
- I would eat this any time of the year, it is that delicious. The egg yolks are optional, but add tons of nutrients. Just make sure you know where your eggs come from.
