- 1 scoop sunwarrior classic vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 5 medjool dates pitted and roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes plus additional for topping if desired
- 10 large frozen strawberries
