I love gifting homemade cookie mixes to friends, especially my baking adverse friends.

Ingredients
- 2 cups master mix recipe below
- 1 cup coconut sweetened shredded
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup pineapple dried, diced
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Stir in 1/4 cup water.
- Working with 2 tablespoons of dough at a time, roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet 2- inches apart.
- Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Let cool completely on pan.
