Cookie Dough Truffle Recipe
Description
This Cookie Dough Truffle Recipe starts by creaming butter with brown and granulated sugar until light, then adding vanilla, milk, salt, and flour to form a smooth dough mixed with mini chocolate chips. The dough is portioned into small balls using a scoop and frozen briefly to firm up.
These firm truffle balls are dipped in melted milk chocolate, ensuring a complete coating, and optionally decorated with extra chocolate chips, sprinkles, or a white chocolate drizzle before chilling in the fridge to set. The result is a bite-sized, sweet confection combining creamy cookie dough and a crisp chocolate shell.
Store the truffles refrigerated to keep their shape and texture. This recipe is suitable for dessert or as treats to share during gatherings.
