Copy Cat PayDay Candy Bars

These Copy Cat PayDay Candy Bars combine peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, marshmallows, and roasted peanuts to create a chewy, sweet and nutty treat. The candy bars are cooked on the stovetop until the ingredients melt and combine, then poured over peanuts and chilled to set. The final bars have a creamy texture with crunchy peanuts throughout, ideal for snack time or dessert.

Description

Copy Cat PayDay Candy Bars replicate the popular candy's signature combination of sweet, creamy, and nutty flavors. The recipe starts by buttering a pan and layering half the roasted peanuts on the bottom. Then, peanut butter chips, butter, condensed milk, and miniature marshmallows are gently melted together over medium-low heat to form a smooth, thick mixture. This warm candy mixture is evenly poured over the peanuts, topped with the remaining peanuts, and pressed gently to combine the layers. The bars are chilled until fully set, creating a firm but chewy texture with a balance of sweet and salty nutty crunch from the peanuts.

The bars are best kept refrigerated to maintain their shape and consistency when served. They are cut into portions for easy sharing or snacking. This homemade version offers a familiar taste and texture to the candy bar it mimics, making it a satisfying treat.
