The classic fast-food favorite...made bite size! These Mini Big Mac Sliders are just as delicious as the iconic McDonalds burger and easy to make at home!

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 lbs ground beef 70/30
  • 2 Tablespoons seasoning salt
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 cup dill pickles sliced
  • 2 cups lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 12 lices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce recipe below

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons sweet relish
  • 1 Tablespoon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.

How To Prepare The Beef Patties

  1. Work seasoning salt into the ground beef, then press the beef into a flat rectangle on your prepared baking sheet. You want it to be about the same dimensions as the sheet of slider rolls and about 1/2" thick.
  2. Bake beef about 10 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted in the middle reads 145°F.
  3. Slice the rolls in half through the middle so that you have two "sheets" of buns: the top half and the bottom half.
  4. Place bottom half of the slider buns on a tray or cutting board.

Copycat Big Mac Sauce

  1. Whisk together sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl until well combined.

How to Layer the Sliders

  1. Bottom sheet of slider buns, half of the Big Mac sauce, half of the shredded lettuce, half of the chopped onions
  2. Half of the sliced cheese and pickles
  3. Cooked hamburger meat (still warm)
  4. Remaining sliced cheese, pickles, lettuce, onions, and Big Mac sauce
  5. Add slider bun tops, slice and serve.
