  • 1 carrot cut into 1/2-inch sticks
  • 2 celery halved, stalks
  • 3 lices Braeburn apple
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese cubed, sharp
  • 1 pita bread Muesli, Ozery Bakery Morning Round brand

Instructions

  1. Place egg, carrot, celery, apple, peanut butter, cheese and pita bread into meal prep containers.
