- 1 carrot cut into 1/2-inch sticks
- 2 celery halved, stalks
- 3 lices Braeburn apple
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 ounce cheddar cheese cubed, sharp
- 1 pita bread Muesli, Ozery Bakery Morning Round brand
Instructions
