Ingredients
- 4 egg
- 1 Cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 Cup corn meal
- 2 Teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 2 creamed corn canned
- 2 corn canned
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
- In a big bowl mix the eggs with the flours, salt, sugar, salt and baking powder
- Add the oil and corns. Mix well
- Pour the mixture in a greased rectangular baking pan
- Bake for 1 hour on until top is brown
