Corned Beef Spaghetti

Corned Beef Spaghetti combines al dente pasta with a savory sauce of sautéed onions, garlic, and shredded corned beef, cooked in a sweet-style spaghetti sauce. Topped with melted quick-melt shredded cheese, the dish offers a satisfying mix of tender noodle texture and rich, slightly sweet meat sauce, suitable as a comforting meal.

Description

Spaghetti is cooked to al dente, then dressed with a sauce made by sautéing chopped onions and minced garlic in canola oil. Canned corned beef is broken up and added to the pan, mixed with sweet-style spaghetti sauce to create a saucy meat mixture.

Seasoned with salt and black pepper for balanced flavor, the sauce is gently heated before spooning over the warm pasta. Finally, a layer of shredded quick-melt cheese is sprinkled on top to melt into the warm sauce, adding a creamy, cheesy finish.

This dish blends pantry ingredients into a hearty pasta suitable for casual dinners or lunch. The recipe suggests using chunky-texture corned beef for best mouthfeel, with recommended brands enhancing quality.
