Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese full fat
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh basil sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness. Rub the garlic clove over the warm bread.
- Spread the cottage cheese evenly on both slices of bread.
- Top with the sliced tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle salt to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
