Crack Chicken Sliders

These crack chicken sliders are the most delicious meal for a crowd! Hawaiian sweet rolls topped with creamy ranch chicken and bacon, brushed with a buttery parmesan glaze and then toasted to golden perfection!

  • 1 pound chicken cooked and shredded, boneless skinless
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3 talks green onion chopped
  • cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese shredded and divided
  • 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls

Butter Spread

  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion flakes dry
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning dried
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cut 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls in half so you have a top and bottom piece. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, add the shredded 1 pound boneless skinless chicken,½ cup ranch dressing, 4 ounces cream cheese, 3 stalks green onions, ½ cup of the 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese,and ⅓ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled. Mix to combine, then spread evenly over the buns in the baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese then place on the top half of the buns.
  5. Add 3 tablespoons butter, to a small microwavable bowl and heat until the butter is melted. Mix in ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoons dry onion flakes, ½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, and 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Brush the butter mixture on top of the buns using a basting brush.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil then bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, and the tops of the buns are golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Cut into individual sliders and serve immediately.
