Ingredients

  • Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 3 cups Granny Smith apples peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Crisp Topping:

  • 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Chopped Pecans
  • ½ cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9 x 13-inch pan with Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl add 12 ounces fresh cranberries, 3 cups Granny Smith apples, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, and mix until coated. Evenly spread into the bottom of your 9 x 13-inch pan.

To make the crisp topping:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ cup chopped pecans, and ½ cup melted butter.
  2. Sprinkle topping evenly on top of the cranberry apple mixture. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
