Ingredients
- Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 3 cups Granny Smith apples peeled and chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Crisp Topping:
- 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup Chopped Pecans
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9 x 13-inch pan with Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil.
- In a medium-sized bowl add 12 ounces fresh cranberries, 3 cups Granny Smith apples, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour, and mix until coated. Evenly spread into the bottom of your 9 x 13-inch pan.
To make the crisp topping:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ cup chopped pecans, and ½ cup melted butter.
- Sprinkle topping evenly on top of the cranberry apple mixture. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
