Cranberry Brie Bites Recipe
Description
The Cranberry Brie Bites Recipe features crescent dough cut into small squares and pressed into a mini muffin tin to form individual cups. Chunks of Brie cheese nestle inside, topped with a spoonful of whole berry cranberry sauce, adding sweetness and texture. Chopped pecans introduce a crunchy contrast, while a small sprig of rosemary provides a subtle earthy fragrance after baking. The bites are baked at 375°F until golden and crisp, allowing the Brie to soften and melt slightly inside the pastry shell.
The flavor profile combines the buttery and flaky quality of the crescent dough with creamy mild Brie, the tang and slight tartness of cranberry sauce, and the toasted aroma of piney rosemary and pecan crunch. These small bites are ideal for serving warm as finger foods during gatherings or as elegant hors d'oeuvres. The bite size makes them suitable for easy sharing and sampling.
