Ingredients

For Bread

  • ½ cup butter room temperature, unsalted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 ½ cups cranberries roughly chopped or pulsed in a food processor, fresh
  • ¾ cup walnuts toasted and chopped (this is optional, but it a great addition)

For Crumble Topping

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ TBS light brown sugar
  • 1 TBS granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 3 TBS butter melted, unsalted

Notes

  • (makes 1 9x5 inch loaf or 4 mini-loaves)
