- heavy cream ¼ cup
- Parmesan Cheese shredded, 1/4 cup
- garlic 2 cloves, minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Prepare chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Make cream cheese mixture: In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
- Stuff chicken: Make a small slit in the side of each chicken breast, creating a pocket. Fill each pocket with the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake: Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Pour the chicken broth around the chicken. Sprinkle with Italian herbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve: Serve hot, with the pan juices spooned over the chicken.
Notes
- Chicken: You can use chicken breasts or thighs. Thighs will be more tender and flavorful.
- Cheese: You can use other cheeses that melt well, such as mozzarella or Monterey Jack.
- Herbs: You can use fresh herbs instead of dried herbs.
- Variations: You can add other ingredients to the sauce or stuffing, such as sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, or mushrooms.
- Cooking Time: Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the thickness of the chicken. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked through.
