Creamsicle Chiffon Pie

Creamsicle Chiffon Pie blends orange gelatin, orange creamsicle-flavored yogurt, whipped topping, and mandarin oranges to create a smooth, creamy filling set in a graham cracker crust. The gelatin provides structure while the yogurt and whipped topping add lightness and tang. Pieces of mandarin orange folded in add bursts of juicy sweetness. This chilled pie offers a refreshing dessert option with a citrus flavor reminiscent of a creamsicle.

Description

Creamsicle Chiffon Pie uses orange gelatin dissolved in water as a base, mixed with orange creamsicle-flavored yogurt and whipped topping to create a delightfully fluffy filling. Folding in mandarin orange pieces introduces texture and natural sweetness, balancing the creamy chiffon. The filling is poured into a prepared graham cracker crust for a crunchy contrast.

The dessert is refrigerated for one to two hours to allow the gelatin to set, resulting in a firm yet soft consistency that slices cleanly. Topping the pie with whipped cream dollops and mandarin orange segments adds decorative appeal and fresh citrus notes to each slice.

This pie serves well as a chilled summertime treat or anytime a light, fruity dessert is desired. Its vibrant orange flavor can complement meals with complementary citrus or vanilla elements, and the graham cracker crust adds a buttery base that anchors the airy filling reliably.
