Creamy Chicken Ranch Casserole

This Creamy Chicken Ranch Casserole features tender chicken tenderloins baked under a rich mixture of cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and melted cheddar cheese. The casserole is topped with crushed Ritz crackers, which add a crunchy contrast to the creamy layers beneath. It bakes to a comforting, creamy texture with bursts of savory ranch flavor, making it suitable for serving on its own or alongside plain rice to soak up the sauce.

Description

Creamy Chicken Ranch Casserole combines juicy chicken tenderloins with a luscious creamy sauce made from cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and cheddar cheese. The preparation involves layering the chicken at the base of a baking dish and spreading the creamy mixture evenly on top. It is finished with a generous crushed Ritz cracker topping that crisps up in the oven, delivering a subtle crunch. Baking at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 to 30 minutes allows the chicken to cook through while the flavors meld.

The casserole offers a balance of creamy and crunchy textures with familiar ranch and cheddar taste notes. It stands well as a main dish and pairs naturally with plain rice or steamed vegetables, absorbing the creamy sauce and providing a filling meal.
