Ingredients

Servings
  • ¼ cup full fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil optional
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Make dressing by adding all ingredients to a small bowl and whisking until combined and smooth. Alternatively, you can add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake to combine. Set aside.
  2. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. If any separation occurs during storage, simply whisk or blend for a few seconds before serving.

Notes

  • Skip the oil: To make this dressing lower in calories and fat you can omit the oil all together. I've tested this recipe without the oil and it still turned out creamy and delicious!
  • Apple cider vinegar: White wine vinegar or regular white vinegar can be used in place of apple cider vinegar.
  • Garlic powder: Fresh minced garlic can be used for a more intense garlic flavor.
  • Make it dairy-free: You can use a dairy-free yogurt to make this dressing dairy-free.
