Creamy Lemon Pie

The Creamy Lemon Pie is a chilled dessert combining vanilla instant pudding, cold milk, and lemonade concentrate folded with whipped topping in a graham cracker crust. It delivers a smooth, tangy lemon flavor with a light texture and a creamy sweetness balanced by citrus notes, served cold and garnished with lemon slices.

Description

This no-bake pie starts with mixing cold milk and vanilla instant pudding mix, whisked until thickened. Thawed lemonade concentrate is added to bring citrus tartness. Folding in thawed Cool Whip achieves a light, airy filling. The mixture is poured into a prepared graham cracker crust and refrigerated for several hours to set firmly.

The resulting pie is refreshing with a velvety consistency and a balance of sweet vanilla and tangy lemon. The graham cracker crust adds a slightly crunchy, buttery base complementing the smooth filling. Garnishing with lemon slices enhances presentation and citrus aroma.

It depends on correct milk type and lemonade quantity for proper set and flavor balance. The pie suits warm days or as a light dessert to conclude a meal.

Substitutions can include combining smaller pudding packages to achieve the required amount if the standard size is unavailable.
