  • vegetable broth 1 cup; or chicken broth
  • heavy cream ½ cup; or coconut cream for a dairy-free version
  • thyme dried; ½ teaspoon
  • basil dried; ½ teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • parsley fresh, chopped, for garnish

Instructions
