Crimpit In Air Fryer

We put the Crimpit in air fryer to the test, with some delicious air fryer pasties, as well as the Crimpit sandwich thins.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 Weight Watchers Wraps
  • 1/4 can baked beans
  • 2 Tbsp grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg Beaten

  • Crimpit Sandwich Thins
  • Crimpit Wraps Maker

Instructions

  1. Place your wrap over the bottom of the Crimpit and then make sure its in the right position to fill and for the top to pressed down on top. Add your filling to the Crimpit, making sure you don’t overfill it.
  2. Fold the wrap over to cover the top of the Crimpit.
  3. Press down to create the Crimpit look and then once fully pressed down use scissors to trim off any overhang.
  4. Rinse and repeat until you have done all your Crimpits.
  5. Add egg wash to the tops of the Crimpits with a pastry brush.
  6. Add the Crimpits into the air fryer basket. You will be able to fit four of the sandwich thins or one of the Crimpit wrap recipes.
  7. Air fry Crimpits for 6 minutes at 180c/360f for the sandwich thins or 200c/400f for a Crimpit wrap.

Notes

  • Quantity. Note that the ingredients quantities are based on 4 sandwich thins or 2 Calzone style wraps. You can double or triple ingredients depending on how many mouths you have to feed.
