Crispy Baked Parmesan Ravioli

Crispy Baked Parmesan Ravioli are crunchy, crispy and filled with cheese and are perfect for dipping!  These little bites are so addicting and good and will become a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 2 egg large
  • ½ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 (14-ounce) cheese ravioli package
  • marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.  
  2. In a small bowl, add the 2 large eggs and whisk. In another small bowl, combine ½ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and ½ cup grated parmesan cheese .
  3. Take the 1 (14-ounce) package cheese ravioli and dip each ravioli into the egg mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture, laying the breaded ravioli on the prepared baking sheet.  
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until ravioli is lightly browned and crispy.  Serve with marinara sauce.
