  • 1 pound chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup panko (gluten-free, if needed)
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons mustard powder ground
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400℉.
  2. Place the chicken breast between two layers of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin or meat mallet to gently pound the chicken so it's an even thickness throughout. Dry the chicken breasts off with a paper towel.
  3. Drizzle the oil over the chicken (you can do this right on the parchment) and rub all over, coating it evenly. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  4. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large rimmed plate.
