  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt**
  • 2 tbsp sliced fresh chives, optional for garnish only
