Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo
Description
Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo starts by placing chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker, topped with canned cream of chicken soup, an Italian dressing seasoning mix, cream cheese, and water to create the sauce base. Cooking on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours allows the chicken to become tender while the cream cheese melts into the soup and seasonings, producing a thick, smooth Alfredo-style sauce.
Once cooked, the chicken can be shredded and stirred back into the sauce for better integration. The sauce is then served over fettucini noodles for a filling, comforting meal combining creamy texture with mild chicken flavor enhanced by the Italian seasoning and cream soup.
Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup you can also try our homemade version
- 1 Italian dressing mix
- 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions
- Place the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Pour all the other ingredients on top.
- Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
- Stir the sauce and serve over fettucini noodles. We liked the chicken shredded and mixed in with the sauce.
