Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo recipes delivers tender chicken cooked in a creamy garlic sauce with fettuccine pasta all cooked together in the slow cooker. The dish combines milk, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese to create a rich, comforting meal finished with fresh parsley garnish.

Description

This recipe starts by browning seasoned chicken breasts briefly in olive oil, then slow cooking them in a mixture of whole milk, chicken broth, and garlic. After several hours in the crock pot, the chicken becomes tender and infused with the sauce flavors. Removing the chicken to keep warm allows the fettuccine pasta to cook in the sauce until tender. Stirring in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese at the end creates a creamy, cheesy Alfredo sauce coating the pasta.

The cooked chicken is sliced and returned to the pasta mixture before serving. Sprinkling additional Parmesan and fresh parsley atop adds brightness and visual appeal.

The slow cooker method yields a hands-off creamy Alfredo dish with moist chicken and soft pasta all combined in one pot, convenient for an easy dinner requiring little active preparation.
