Ingredients
- 2 cups dark chocolate 12oz / 340g, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup butter unsalted, cut into 1-inch pieces, 8oz/225g
- 5 egg at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour 6 ¼ oz/177 g
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1½ cups granulated sugar 12 oz / 340 g
- ½ cup light brown sugar 3oz/90g
- chocolate chips handful
- ⅔ cups brown sugar 4oz / 115g
- 1 cups water boiling, 8fl oz / 225ml
- 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
Notes
- This Chocolate Fudge brownie can be made the day before and place in the crock pot pot in the fridge and then cooked off the next day.
- This recipe can also be baked in an oven with a lid over the dish. Bake at 350oF (180oC) .It will take less time in an oven so keep an eye on it.
