Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 (26 - 32 ounce) meatballs frozen, package
  • 2 (12 ounce bottles) chili sauce (I use Heinz chili sauce)
  • 1 (18 ounce) grape jelly I use Smucker's grape jelly, jar

Instructions

  1. Place the meatballs in a slow cooker.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the grape jelly and chili sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or on HIGH for about 2 hours, until heated through.
  4. Serve as an appetizer or pair with rice, noodles, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread for an easy weeknight dinner.

Notes

  • Stovetop Method: In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, whisk together the chili sauce and grape jelly. Stir in the meatballs. Cover and simmer gently over low heat until warm, about 10-15 minutes.
  • How to Store: Leftovers will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Reheat the meatballs and sauce in a saucepan over low heat just until warmed through. You can also reheat individual servings in the microwave for about 1 minute.
