Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 15 oz tomato sauce canned
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin ground
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • tortilla or hard taco shells
  • tomato black olives, shredded cheese, green onions, light sour cream, taco topping, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place pork in the base of your crock pot
  2. In a small bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients
  3. Pour evenly over pork
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours
  5. When done, shred the pork using two forks
  6. Serve in warmed tortillas or hard taco shells with chopped tomatoes, black olives, shredded cheese, green onions and light sour cream
