Ingredients
FOR THE CHILI:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can pumpkin 15 oz can, puree
- 1 can tomato sauce 29 oz can
- 2 cans pinto beans 15 oz cans, do not drained
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ onion diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 2 teaspoons garlic minced
FOR THE TOPPINGS:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheese shredded
- 2 green onions sliced
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef. Drain off the excess grease.
- Place the ground beef in a crock pot. Then stir in the remaining chili ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm with your favorite chili toppings and enjoy!
