This Crockpot Candy make the perfect peanut clusters! There are a variety of different chocolate tossed in the slow cooker and melted to perfection with some salted dry roasted peanuts mixed in.

Ingredients
- 6 cups salted dry roasted peanuts approximately 2 pounds
- 12 ounces (6 squares) chocolate almond bark chopped into small pieces
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid.
- Cook on low for 1 hour. Mixing well every 15-20 minutes.
- The chocolate should be completely melted. If it’s not, cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Turn off the slow cooker and begin working quickly.
- Using a 1 ½ tablespoons cookie scoop, scoop the chocolate candy mixture and place each scoop of candy on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Continue scooping out the candy until there is no chocolate/peanut mixture left.
- Allow the clusters to cool and set, for 2 to 3 hours or preferably overnight.
- Serve and Enjoy!
Notes
- Storage: Store the crockpot candy at room temperature or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Freeze: Place the candy in a freezer-safe container or in freezer bags and store in the freezer for up to a year.
- Thaw: Thaw in the fridge overnight or at room temperature.
