  • 6 cups salted dry roasted peanuts approximately 2 pounds
  • 12 ounces (6 squares) chocolate almond bark chopped into small pieces
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  3. Cover the slow cooker with its lid.
  4. Cook on low for 1 hour. Mixing well every 15-20 minutes.
  5. The chocolate should be completely melted. If it’s not, cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Turn off the slow cooker and begin working quickly.
  7. Using a 1 ½ tablespoons cookie scoop, scoop the chocolate candy mixture and place each scoop of candy on the prepared cookie sheet.
  8. Continue scooping out the candy until there is no chocolate/peanut mixture left.
  9. Allow the clusters to cool and set, for 2 to 3 hours or preferably overnight.
  10. Serve and Enjoy!
