Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water boiling, or coffee
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Create a well in the dry ingredients. Add the milk, eggs, vanilla, and olive oil.
- Whisk until just combined.
- Line a slow cooker with a liner. Spray the liner with cooking spray.
- Pour the batter into the slow cooker. Spread it into an even layer if necessary.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and brown sugar over the top of the batter.
- Pour the boiling water over the top.
- Let cook on low for 2 hours.
