Crockpot Italian Pork Chop Dinner

Report
The Crockpot Italian Pork Chop Dinner is a straightforward one-pot meal combining boneless pork chops with diced potatoes, frozen green beans, canned diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Cooking low and slow in the crockpot yields tender pork and tender vegetables infused with herbs and savory broth.

Description

This dish starts with layering peeled and diced russet potatoes at the bottom of a prepared crockpot. Pork chops are placed on top, followed by frozen green beans. A can of diced tomatoes and chicken broth are poured over, then seasoned with Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. The crockpot cooks everything slowly, either 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high, allowing the flavors to meld and the meat to become tender without additional effort.

The meal can be served directly from the crockpot once cooked, making it convenient for busy days. It's a balanced dish with protein, starch, and vegetables all cooked together. Leftovers should be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator and consumed within five days.
