Make a delicious egg bake with cubed croissants, crispy bacon and cheddar cheese

Ingredients
- 6 strips of bacon
- 12 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 6 large croissants
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preaheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Cook bacon until crispy, chop into bite sized pieces and set aside.
- Cut croissants into bite sized cubes and place in the casserole dish
- Whisk eggs and milk together with the pepper until a smooth mixture remains.
- Pour egg mixture over the cubed croissants in the casserole dish. Layer the chopped cooked bacon and shredded cheese over top of that.
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 25 minutes. Cool, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- you can use leftover croissants instead of fresh
- if you don’t have croissants you can use
