Skip the store-bought and make your own croutons with homemade stale bread!

Ingredients
- 8 cups cubed stale bread 425 g, 1 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pink Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season: Add the cubed bread to a large bowl, add olive oil and mix well. Add salt and Italian seasoning and mix well.
- Bake: Add the tray to the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15 minutes, stirring after 7 minutes.
- Enjoy: Add to your favorite salad or soup and enjoy!
