Ingredients

  • 8 cups cubed stale bread 425 g, 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season: Add the cubed bread to a large bowl, add olive oil and mix well. Add salt and Italian seasoning and mix well.
  3. Bake: Add the tray to the middle rack of the oven and bake for 15 minutes, stirring after 7 minutes.
  4. Enjoy: Add to your favorite salad or soup and enjoy!
