Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- Place sliced cucumbers and onions into a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper to combine.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and onions.
