Ingredients

  • 3 cucumber slices
  • 1 rosemary fresh needles, small pinch
  • 2 ounces tequila Olmeca Altos Plata
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice fresh
  • 3/4 ounce orange liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce lemon lime syrup simple syrup works as well

Rosemary sprig, for garnish

Cucumber slice, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place cucumber slices and rosemary in a cocktail shaker, and muddle to release flavors and oils. Add tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur and syrup along with ice. Cap the shaker, and shake until well chilled. Strain into a short tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and slice of cucumber.
