For the cupcakes:
3 Cup all-purpose flour or cake flour, 2/3 portion
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1/2 Cup light brown sugar
1 Cup butter melted, unsalted
2 egg large
2 Cup buttermilk
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
For the Vanilla Buttercream Frosting:

3 cups icing sugar , sifted
3 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch salt
