Ingredients
- 2/3 cup banana 100 grams, sliced and frozen
- 2/3 cup almond milk 5.33 oz, unsweetened vanilla
- 1/2 cup coffee concentrate 4 oz, cold brew, frozen into cubes
- 1 coop vegan protein powder 30 grams, peanut butter flavor, brand PE Science Select
- 2 tbsp peanut butter 32 grams, natural, creamy, melted, brand Skippy
Instructions
- Add almond milk and protein powder to a high speed blender and pulse until smooth.
- Add frozen cold brew cubes, then frozen banana, then melted peanut butter to blender and blend until creamy. Divide into two serving glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate before serving, if desired.
