Date Energy Balls with cashew nuts, almonds and blueberries, a healthy no-bake snack that is perfect for times when your sweet tooth craves a treat. Super delicious, with no refined sugar added, these bites are naturally gluten-free.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup dates
- 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor.
- Blitz for 10-20 seconds, then shape into balls.
- Serve either straight away or chilled from the fridge.
Notes
- So all we need for this recipe is a good blender, chopper or food processor that can blitz together the ingredients.
- Smaller blades are not that great at blitzing nuts, so ideally we would need a food processor that has larger blades.
