Dehydrated Lemon, Lime, & Orange Slices Recipe

Ingredients

  • lemon plural
  • lime
  • orange

Instructions

  1. Wash all your lemons, limes and oranges really well, then dry.
  2. Cut all citrus into 1/4" slices.
  3. Dehydrator Method
  4. Arrange citrus slices in a single layer on your dehydrator trays.
  5. Place trays in dehydrator and dehydrate for 6-8 hours at 135F.
  6. After citrus has been dehydrated, store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  7. Oven Method
  8. Preheat oven to 200F.
  9. Arrange citrus slices in a single layer on a cooling rack on top of a sheet pan.
  10. Allow citrus to dehydrate in the oven for 3-4 hours.
  11. After citrus has been dehydrated, store in an airtight container until ready to use.
