Dessert Parfait Recipe

This Dessert Parfait Recipe layers fresh berries with a creamy mixture made from cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, whipped topping, and instant white chocolate pudding. The result is a sweet, smooth parfait with contrasting textures from the fruit and creamy layers, served chilled to set flavors and consistency. It offers a visually appealing and refreshing dessert option.

Description

This dessert parfait begins with a creamy base made by beating softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Powdered sugar is incorporated, followed by folding in whipped topping to add lightness. Separately, instant white chocolate pudding is prepared with milk and vanilla extract, then folded into the cream cheese mixture for extra flavor and creaminess.

Fresh hulled strawberries, cut pineapple, and blackberries are layered alternately with the creamy pudding mixture in serving cups. The parfait is topped with a whole strawberry for garnish. Refrigerating for at least one hour allows the dessert to firm up and the flavors to meld.

The finished parfait combines the sweetness of fresh fruit with a rich, smooth filling marked by white chocolate notes. Its textural contrast and bright fruit flavors make it an appealing chilled treat for gatherings or everyday dessert.
