Devil's Food Cake Cookies

Chewy chocolate cookies that are thick, soft, and full of chocolate chips! The ultimate cookie for chocolate lovers, and - bonus - they're super easy to make.

  • 1 devil's food cake mix 13.25 ounce
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 egg large
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth with an electric mixer or by hand.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
  4. Place rounded tablespoonfuls of the cookie dough on a baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the cookies are set and no longer shiny.
  6. Cool on the cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
