Dijonnaise

My recipe for homemade dijonnaise combines Dijon mustard and mayonnaise in one yummy condiment. It makes a great dipping sauce and is perfect for burgers or as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients

Servings
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice plus more to taste
  • A pinch of fine salt plus more to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and lemon juice.
  2. Stir together until well incorporated.
  3. Add salt to taste along with more lemon juice as needed.

Notes

  • Feel free to increase the amount of mustard to mayonnaise in order to get the best ratio for you. As both of our main ingredients in this recipe are store-bought, they can vary in taste between brands.
