Ingredients

Servings
  • 4 cups pineapple about 1 whole pineapple, chunked
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Place the pineapple into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze 1 hour.
  2. Remove from freezer. Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze 4 hours, or until solid.

Notes

  • Storage: Store Dole whip popsicles in the popsicle molds or a Ziplock bag in the freezer for up to 1 month.
  • Use drained canned pineapple or pre-cut pineapple as a shortcut.
  • Regular or light ice cream works best. Frozen yogurt is another option.
  • If you need your popsicles to be dairy free, use dairy free ice cream.
  • Blend the pineapple until it’s totally smooth for the creamiest texture.
  • Be sure to let the popsicles freeze for at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
  • Add a few tablespoons of rum to your popsicles to give them a delicious boozy kick. Adults only!
