  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds chicken wings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, brown sugar, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the chicken wings in the spice mixture until they are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the coated wings on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and fully cooked through.
